June 19 (Saturday) – Victorville Fire Museum 10th Anniversary (Victorville, CA)
10 am to 4 pm. Come celebrate the 86 year history of the former Victorville Fire Department. Vintage apparatus display. CFE members are invited to bring rigs for display. The museum is located at 8th and C Street in old town Victorville. The California Route 66 Museum is just down the street. From the west take I-15 to the "D" Street/National Trails Hwy exit (SR18) and go south (right turn at offramp) on "D" to 8th. July 24 (Saturday) - American Heroes Air Show (Hansen Dam Rec Area, Valley Terrace, CA)
9 am to 3 pm. Helicopter displays and demonstrations by local, county and state law enforcement and fire departments, as well as federal agencies such as U.S. Border Patrol and the U.S. military. August 14 (Saturday) – Firefighter Appreciation Night at Toyota Speedway at Irwindale (Irwindale, CA)
Toyota Speedway at Irwindale would like to show its appreciation to firefighters and their families throughout Southern California for the job they perform by offering a special discount. Show your badge and you get in free. Kids 12 and under will get in for free! The track is located at 500 Speedway Drive, Irwindale, CA (off of Live Oak Avenue and the 605 freeway between the 10 and 210 freeways). They are also interested in having a fire/emergency vehicles from as many departments as possible, as well as vintage apparatus, so they can be placed on display for the public to view and to participate in parade laps around the track during pre-race ceremonies that evening. CFE has been invited back to this event. Last year, the rigs paraded around the track during pre-race ceremonies and were brought to the infield for a display during the driver autograph session. August 22 (Sunday) - Enderle Center Car Show (Tustin, CA)
9am to 3pm, staging for static display from 7am to 8:30 am. Enderle Center Shopping Center, 17th St. and Enderle Center Drive, Tustin, CA. Open to al pre-1975 and specialty vehicles, this annual benefit show for the Boys and Girls Club of Tustin brings out many antique and collector cars. Vendors, Music, Entertainment, Drawings and Prizes. Trophy for best Fire & Police vehicle. Directions: Take 55 Freeway to 17th Street exit. If coming from I-5 and I-405 direction, go right at top of offramp. If coming from S.R. 22 and S.R. 91 direction, take "17th Street Tustin " exit and it puts you onto 17th headed in the right direction. September 16-19 (Thursday - Saturday) – 21st Annual Route 66 Rendezvous (San Bernardino)
Car Show and Crusin, ATHS display. On Sunday the 19th, from 10am - 4pm, Firefighters’ Competition (Presented by the San Bernardino Fire Department) located at Meadowbrook Park (3rd Street btwn. Mt. View & Sierra Way). For more info visit www.route-66.org/.

September 19 (Sunday) – 8th Annual Northern California Fire Equipment and Memorabilia Swap Meet (Citrus Heights, CA)
8:00 AM - 1:00 PM, setup starts at 7:00 AM. Located at Sacramento Metro Fire Station 21 Drill Grounds at 7641 Greenback Lane, Citrus Heights, CA 95610. Admission is free. Selling spaces are free. Limited to fire department related items only. Sellers are coming from all over the West. September 25 (Saturday) – 11th Annual Cruisin’ for a Cure Car and Truck Show (Costa Mesa)
Public show hours are 9 am to 5 pm. RIgs need to arrive by 7 am. Orange County Fairgrounds. Over 3,500 hot rods, classics, trucks, etc. are apart of this one day charity event for finding a cure for prostate cancer. There will be spaces for fire apparatus and there will also be a flag raising ceremony with CFE fire apparatus at the start of the event. Many classic and antique cars and trucks on display. Cruising all day. Vendors and displays. All proceeds to benefit City of Hope. October 9 - Orange County Fire Authority Aunnual Fire Show at the Fire Authority Headquarters. (Irvine, CA)

October 24 (Sunday) – 9th Annual Wings, Wheels and Rotors Expo (Los Alamitos)
9 am - 4 pm (Show apparatus parking, 7 AM to 9 AM). Los Alamitos Joint Forces Reserve Center, Los Alamitos, CA. Military and Civilian Aircraft and Helicopters and Car Show, Antique Fire Apparatus Display, Food and Vendor booths. Parking and spectator admission is free. December 5 (Sunday) – 13th Annual John Force Holiday Car Show (Yorba Linda, CA)
Benefits the “CHiPs for Kids” holiday toy drive. Location is the John Force Race Station, 22722 Old Canal Rd, Yorba Linda, CA 92887. Hundreds of hot rods, muscle cars, antiques, trucks & classic cars on display.
